The 63rd Season Concert Location & Parking
The Bryan Symphony Orchestra's 63rd season is back where it all began in 1963 at Derryberry Hall, located at
1 William L. Jones Drive, Cookeville, Tennessee.
HANDICAP PARKING
Please reserve the Derryberry Hall parking lot for attendees with mobility concerns. If you need assistance and the lot is full, please use the unloading area in front of the building and move your vehicle to one of the lots mentioned below or a nearby street parking spot.
GENERAL PARKING
The spacious parking lots located in front of Henderson Hall and the TJ Farr Building are located within comfortable walking distance. Derryberry Hall is located directly behind both buildings and accessible by paved sidewalks.
DIRECTIONS TO GENERAL PARKING
If coming from Willow Ave, turn down University Drive and make a right onto Stadium Drive. You will see Prescott Hall on your left. Turn left after Prescott Hall and take this road all the way to the parking lot area.
If coming from 12th St, turn down Stadium Drive, turn left after Prescott Hall - the first building you pass on your left. Take this road all the way to the parking lot area.

Appalachian Connections
From the misty ridgelines of Appalachia to the fiery rhythms of Mexico, this concert traces the threads that connect us. Mandolin virtuoso Jeff Midkiff brings soul and sparkle to Jennifer Higdon's Mandolin Concerto, a genre-bending showcase of bluegrass grit and orchestral color. Beethoven's monumental Symphony No. 3, the "Eroica," follows — a heroic, boundary-breaking work that changed the course of music history. And José Pablo Moncayo's Huapango closes the evening in a blaze of Mexican folk energy and orchestral fireworks.

Global Connections
Experience Global Connections as the Bryan Symphony Orchestra returns to Derryberry Hall, where the orchestra began in 1963. Featuring music by Richard Wagner, Lili Boulanger, Samuel Barber, and William Dawson, this special concert celebrates musical voices and traditions from around the world while honoring the orchestra’s 63-year history and its connections to the past, present, and future.

Love Connections
Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an afternoon of love and romance! The Bryan Symphony Orchestra, led by Dan Allcott, performs Tchaikovsky’s passionate Romeo and Juliet Overture-Fantasy, features the winner of the 2026 Joan Derryberry Memorial Concerto Competition, and welcomes soprano Katy Wolfe for a beautiful selection of songs celebrating love.
