About the event
The Faculty Jazz Combo was founded to perform and promote the uniquely American music of Jazz. Featuring Chris McCormick - Trumpet, Matthew Younglove - Saxophone, Joshua Hauser - Trombone, Doc Stone - Guitar, Paul Thurmond - Piano, David Odegaard - Bass, and Colin Hill - Drums, the Faculty Jazz Combo plays many styles including Dixieland, Swing, Bebop, Hard Bop, Latin Styles, and Rock. The group emphasizes the art of jazz improvisation. Members of this group have performed all over the world in a variety of settings.
The Bryan Symphony Orchestra's (BSO) mission is to engage, educate, and enrich the Upper Cumberland through the performance of live music. Proceeds support our mission all year long. We're grateful to work with the newest coffee roaster in town, Easy Tiger Coffee Roasters.
